Cake Delivery information
- We require 4 working days to process your order and prepare your cake. We are able to deliver to anywhere in the UK.
- We offer free delivery Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery will include a £10 delivery fee.
- Please note: We do not offer delivery on Sunday or Monday.
Can I have my cake order delivered on a specific date?
Yes, although all our cakes are sent out next day service you may choose a future delivery date during the checkout process. We will schedule your order to be made fresh and dispatched the day before it is due to be delivered. Please not that we cannot deliver on Saturday or Sundays or some public holidays.
International Delivery
3DCakeStore offers you the cheapest international delivery rates for cakes please contact for a quote!
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us at least four days before your delivery date for a full refund.
Because all of our cakes are freshly made to order, we are unable to accept refunds once your cake has been prepared, with the exception of damaged cakes.
If your cake arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the cake to request a refund.
