If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, no problem! Please make sure contact us at least four days before your delivery date for a full refund for your purchase.
Because all of our cakes are freshly made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept refunds once your cake has been prepared, with the exception of damaged cakes.
We hope your cake arrives in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that your cake arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the cake – that clearly shows the damage – to request a replacement cake.
Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your refund request.
